Sales representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Sales representatives commit to becoming auto sales experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
Sales representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features
Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles
Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail/ text
Support online customers by setting appointments
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience

- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Bi-lingual a plus

Job Requirements:
- Meet and greet customers.
- Write-up repair orders for service work requested.
- Make recommendations and upsell; advise of maintenance needs for customers' vehicles.
- Provide customers with estimates of repairs.
- Answer phone and schedule appointments for repairs.
- Help maintain and manage shop flow and capacity.
- Dispatch repairs to proper technician for repairs.
- Communicate and follow up with customers on vehicle repairs and status via in-person, phone, text, or email.
- Keep good service writer/advisor records and documentation.
- Have understanding of General Motors warranty policies and procedures.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Retail sales and automotive experience suggested.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
