I requested an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and it went as scheduled. During the service they checked my other fluids and filters and nitrified me that the Air and Cabin Filters were needing to be changed. When I saw them I agreed. I have always be satisfied with my vehicle service.

I came to have my brakes rechecked, after paying almost $900 for new brakes all around and the new brakes squeal. This is the 2nd time I have come to have them figure out why they are squealing, for 6 years my brakes never squealed, why do they now!! The only answer I got is sometimes they squeal. That’s bs. I also had them check on a service parking assist notice I was getting. They told me it would be over $1100. For a sensor the size of a quarter! When I called another gmc dealer to get a quote their price was only $650. Explain that big of a cost difference! This is not the first time I have seen outrageous pricing at this dealership. I am done with this dealer. I will be taking my business elsewhere!! I have given my business to this dealer for almost 15 years, and things were good until they changed management in the service department. Now you can’t trust anything they say or do.

I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I was told I had a nail in my tire and they couldn’t rotate my tires without removing it. I told him I would plug it myself instead of paying the $25 I was told. Once I got home I looked at the tire to notice it only had a less than 1/8 inch self tapping screw and it didn’t break the steel belt and didn’t go through. So, not only did they try to charge me for something I didn’t need, I also didn’t get my tires rotated. Not sure if I’ll return and have been going since I purchased my truck 6 years ago.

My primary complaint when carrying my truck into Gaffney Buick GMC was the hyper flashing of the left turn signal and left rear turn signal failure warning. I notified the Service Technician in writing that I had replaced the left rear tail light and the problem had not been resolved. After taking the vehicle in, the service technician called and told the the tail lights on the truck I had purchased used were after market and since they were not authentic GM parts, their technicians could not make any repairs on the problem. I am good with that. What I am upset about is the $175.00 labor charge for the phone call that they could not work on aftermarket lights. I have always found this dealership very honest and fair, but believe they missed the mark on this job. Lesson learned. Will not be back

My service advisor, Dallas was excellent and provided a great experience. I was having problems with my new vehicle which has not had its first service yet. I travel a ton for work so days that I can drop off the vehicle are limited. This was a full day job which made it more difficult. Dallas worked through several tough scenerios and found a solution. He checked in with me several times the day of the work. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I'll be getting all of my service completed with Dallas going forward.

Yet another terrible experience… went in for tires and alignment… came out with a huge chunk out of my rim!! Another disappointing trip. They had to replace my rim because it was beyond repair!

Unfortunately, things do happen from time to time, even though we make every effort to avoid damaging one of our customers' properties. We made you aware of our mistake as soon as it happened. We took full responsibility and attempted to have it repaired by a professional repairer. We also, at your request, had them look at fixing a different wheel that had curb damage for you. When it was determined it could not be repaired, we replaced the wheel for you at no cost. We truly regret this happened, and we made every attempt to make it right.
